Miranda’s Zumba® class is a medium intensity workout that you can adapt to your own fitness level.
The range of upbeat music makes it feel like a party with a fantastic mix of Latin and world rhythms to get you dancing. We also use some current and classic pop songs with a great beat.
Because it doesn’t feel like a boring fitness class it is often known as ‘exercise in disguise’ and is perfect for everybody and every body!
The "work" is taken out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves, which is an effective way of improving stamina and overall fitness.
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility combined with an energy boost that will leave you feeling elated at the end of the class.
